I’ve been confused by this match up ever since it was announced. Why is it that Shogun is getting a name shot against Machida after beating an quondam man (Mark Coleman) and Chuck Liddell? Maybe it’s the want of verifiable challengers for Machida. Maybe it’s Zuffa demanding to milk the “Shogun’s under any circumstances back” express before it gets derailed.
I’m not as a matter of fact sure but I don’t reckon that Shogun has anything to offer Machida in this Fight. Machida is such a polarizing trust in inside the Octagon that his kind can’t be matched.
