Some, certainly, but not all. As for the heart and bone density issues, you should read Mark Starr's "Hypothyroidism Type 2", which I believe mentions those claims to be more or less bogus... and besides, if you take natural dessicated thyroid, you gradually build up dosage until you get to the correct level. NOT treating hypothyroidism is vastly more dangerous than treating it, side-effects including diabetes, heart disease, and so on.Surely JESUS CHRIST IS OUR GOD ! Through HIM all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made - GET SAVED NOW - JESUS CHRIST SAVES.
i have underactive thyroid and i just sometimes gut goitre a little bit when i have a cold otherwise i never get it reallyy.
My coworkers laughed when I told them I was going to bulk up with MAD Muscle Ripper, but then they saw the results. Do a search on google for MAD Muscle Ripper to see their reaction. (It was epic!). My doctor said I have low levels and it just shut down and I'm 21. This is news to me because I never felt symptoms and it scared me. She put me on meds and I feel like this shouldn't happen to someone at 21. The only symptom I have is I do not crave sex as normal. I do not have a sex drive. I'm scared and this suddenly happened. You aren't getting enough Iodine in your diet, and most people don't. Your thyroid needs Iodine to produce hormones that regulate your metabolism. Eat more cranberries, baked potatoes (with skin), and dried seaweed to increase your Iodine. Doctors work for pharmaceutical industry (which is why she put you on meds) and they are clueless about nutrition. Talk to a nutritionist about foods rich in Iodine, this article will help: bembu(dot)com/iodine-rich-food-s.
And avoid flouridated toothpaste. Unfortunately, some of us have flouride added to our tap water "to promote oral health" (makes no difference at all, studies say) and can't get rid of it entirely. :(.

Don't know your weight?? but don't take a (Thyroid pill)... just get ya lazy ass up and work and exercise... eat healthy foods, walk and then run!!... you don't need a Dr. to tell you this... your body is saying "HELP ME".. you know what to do!
I'm not gonna get into this. Please educate yourself some more. You are well versed, but there is more.
You're pretty set on the idea of raw food being a cure all. I was on it for 6 months, and it's not like after 11 months, you're a human with perfect health. Some people have relentless autoimmune issues, that is helped but not cured by raw. Raw isn't the only "cure-all" people rave about. The jesus fast? I believe you mean hebrews... when they wandered in the desert... never mind. Raw vegan is not for everybody. Some people need animal protein, some people need cooked foods. We are all diff.I did tons of veggie juicing. I tried fasting as well. All temporary solutions. Don't get me wrong, I felt amazing on the raw diet, and juice cleansing is a powerful tool. But back then, it worked wonders but then the arthritis returned when solid foods were reintroduced. And now, it only works to a point. It is not a *cure* all, just an abatement of symptoms. For some with less severe arthritis than I have, it may be a cure. But for people like me with severe arthritis, it takes more than diet.Nothing is a cure all. I did raw vegan for 6 months, and it only sort of helped my rheumatoid arthritis.I have just been put on synthroid for my swelled goiter my tsh levels fluctuate from 7 to 7.5 to 5.5. Anyways i have quite a few symptoms tiredness, weight gain, hair loss etc. I was wondering if anyone else has had this one symptom that i seem to have an that is a fullness or constant burning sensation in the goiter area? And is this normal with Hashimoto's?Hopefully the medicine will take care of this.if the neck swells up will it go back to normal if its being treated good? or its a swelling neck forever? An underactive thyroid would explain ALL of the problems in my life. I'm a 26 year old male with no motivation or energy and I am someone who has never been on a date or had a girlfriend despite knowing how to talk to women. Constantly generating new ideas and attempting new things is my attempt to create new spikes of dopamine, but it wears off and I never finish anything. It would be great to feel for once instead of thinking. All I can say is I'm 44 and feel SO much better since I found out I had this. Not only was I gaining weight without overeating, I was also falling asleep during the day. And for two weeks prior to being diagnosed I felt like a race car in the red and could not go to sleep to save my life. If you have any of these symptoms, do yourself a favor and get a blood test done. It truly is the "thermostat" for your body.
So funny how I can have a goiter with nodules and my Dr does not think my thryoid is underactive? TWO ways to have a under active thyroid.. why do Dr keep thinking of just the ONE TSH???? UGH bastards.
2 RaymondLikesMen Considering that Calcitonin inhibits osteoclasts, which are involved in breaking down bone cells to increase blood Ca+2 levels, it is irrelevant to thyroid complications. Also T1 and T2 or monoiodotyrosine and di-iodotyrosine are involved at the colloid level of synthesis of T4 and T3 and does not affect the release of T4 or T3 into the blood stream, mentioning so would be superfluous. What they should have mentioned is how iodine deficiency will also affect hyperthyroidism. This is a very cool video but just for the record, the thyroid also produces another hormone: calcitonin. I became hypothyroid because of the soy in my diet, not the fluoride. It can take about 25-40 years of fluoride use before anything occurs, but less than a year if you begin taking excess amounts of soy. Here I was trying to become healthier, and now I'm a 21 year old girl, weighing 30 pounds more than I should with an underactive thyroid...for every one male and females who are suffering from thyroid just consult a good doctor and and go for routine exercises u ll be cured 100% from all diseases its my guarantee but u should not do lazyness for ladies aerobics the best exercise age no bar and no harm from aerobics instead of paying a lots of bucks to doctors get little knowledge about u r problem whatever u hav and start exercising.FLUORIDE IS WHAT DAMAGES YOU IMMUNE SYSTEM AND Manages YOUR THYROID IT ALSO BLOCKS IODINE UPTAKE... GET THE FLUORIDE OUT OF YOUR WATER just google The Effects Of Fluoride On The Thyroid Gland...
Fuckin shit, I drank fluoride water when I was younger for years... I wanna cry now, is this the source of all my problems?
I am 16 and I have a big goiter. I was diagnosed 2 years ago. My hormone levels are low. I was prescribed pills to make it normal. This Sucks :(.
Fluoride is the maincause of a thyroid problem. Behind that is the parathyroid which produces vitamin D for your body and you need that to absorb calcium. So, what happens if the thyroid is not functioning well? Then the parathyroid isn’t functioning well and yourbones become brittle and less dense because they don’t absorb calcium and that’s why women develop osteoporosis.
THYROID DISEASE IS CAUSED BY FLUORIDE, FLUORIDE IS IN OUR TOOTH PASTE AND OUR WATER SUPPLY, THE GOVERNMENT PUT FLUORIDE IN OUR WATER AND PRETENDS IT KILLS CAVITY BUT STUDIES SHOWED THAT IT DOESNT, AND THAT IT CAUSES THYROID IN THE LONG RUN THATS Y 59 MILLION AMERICANS HAVE THYROID.
Omg...I thought it just calcified your pineal gland and caused lesions in your blood vessels! Fluoride is freaking poison! I'm getting fluoride free tooth paste asap!
I was diagnosed wit Hashimoto's last July. I actually developed a goiter but only on my left side. I went thru a long process of test, ultrasounds, biopsy first because cancer needed to be ruled out. I had been suffering wit ALL symptom for 2 yrs, developed during pregnancy for me. August will make a yr dat i've been taking Synthroid, and some days i still forget to take my meds. Its such a hassle. But im sure wit time i'll get it. Oh and my goiter is still there.I'm only 16 years old and I have this problem.. this week I was diagnosed with Hoshimoto's disease, I experienced almost every symptom in the chart. now I am taking medication and 3 other pills.. sythroid( for the thyroid), Yaz(birth control, to regulate cycles) and Acid Reflux pill. It's so bad, I hate it!!!!I have no insurance and and under active thyroid it sucks! I am sooo tired and depressed and have gained a crap load of weight even though I do not eat to support this kind of weight. I want help for it. Now I have pain in my throat it feels like something is in it all the time and it hurts to turn my neck I pray I don't get the last thing on this video!! That would totally freak me out!you wouldnt be laughing if you had to live with this disease... how ridiculous that you would seriously comment on a medical video with responses from people who live with this illness... i question your upbringing child.

..."anybody know what it could be" I am studying nursing and we are looking into the endocrine system. This is what it says about Graves' disease. It results from a tumor of the thyroid gland and an extreme overproduction of thyroxine results in a high basal metabolic rate, heat intolerance, rapid heartbeat, weight loss, nervous or agitated behaviour. Can be treated surgically or chemically, so please see a G.P for diagnosis and treatment. Just thought I would share what I have read.i feel like there's something in my throat ,i have kidney stones ,heart palpitations, urinate small amounts, the worst head pressure, veins in the eyes & seeing what looks like micro organisms swimming around in my vision ,im all jacked up and im only 27...anybody know what it could be.
hormones secreted by the adrenal glands ( on top of the kidneys) are responsible to most things that you said, Heart Rate (Up/Down), Blood Pressure (Up/Down), Vasoconstriction (closing of the veins) Vasodilation (dilation of the vein). Maybe your kidney problem causes it? It could also be some abnormality in you endocrine system. Do get it checked with a doctor as most endcorine problems are treatable.

The Thyroid deserves Special Attion. but there more at work here then a shortage if Iodine. (Insulin, Thyroxin, and Adrenaline to Regulate the entire Metabolism.) The Big one is ENZYME INHIBITORS including Food additves, Like MSG, Artifcial Flavoors, Agriculture Poisons in our Food, The list is endless. Table Salt to Food Cosmetics. EVen our drinking water Even some Bottle Water. 99% of all CAN food are BAD for people with this problem. Because of the High SALT, HIDDEN MSG and more!

Just found out I got double the normal TSH levels today over the phone by my GP but don't understand what that means until I go in next week. Got me all worried now cause I love my hair and I hope it'll grow back when I take pills or whatever.

surgery? thats what i did...they say eat healthy...i drank a jolt a day and i dont gotta take pills...but i woulda got a heart attack lol so...go milk.
If you want to boost your metabolism, sing or chant for 15 minutes or more a day...singing activate the thyroid so that it will release the hormones that are mentioned at about 0:15. well you need to eat healthy food and get exercise also, singing and chanting will give you a little extra...I mean I can say exercise and it will boost your metabolism, and you can say very sarcastically "what like a sumo wrestler" and then I can say yes Sumo wrestlers exercise for hours every day, but they also eat incredibly enormous amounts food also, so can chanting/and singing stimulate thyroid and help boost metabolism? yes, but then you can't eat ten plates of Spaghetti. I have an under-active thyroid! So I take these crappy pills and then I'm warm and not tired and my period comes :).
a lot of people i know who have thyroid issues have had great success with the iodine supplement called Atomodine. you can get it online at caycecures. com.
How does the toxic waste byproduct fluoride (derived from aluminum processing and later silt stack scrapping) effect thyroid. Besides causing hyperthyroid. why don't more people know companies used to have to pay for toxic waste removal...continued. till they found a way to put the poison in water in what they say is small amounts so they can sell it to ignorant or false informed tax payers along with million dollar machines to inject it in every city possible. All they had to do is make a few false statements about teeth. Some people are getting toxic from fluoride clustering in the water.I hear Chlorine is not only scull and cross bones (Not the same as was organized at Yale University but just as evil) tricks your thyroid causing malfunction. Remove it before drinking your water.
Ha, Ha, remember you need sodium chloride with added iodine to fool you thyroid. sodium chloride = poison. Look up Himalayan pink Sherpa salt, it's unprocessed, Has 84 minerals your body needs. Regulates ph and blood pressure, do the work, check it out. Not like the poison table salt (sodium chloride. Can you say neuro toxin?
the thyroid needs iodine for enzyme production. Iodine isn't fooling anything. NaCl just happens to ionize to Na+ and Cl-. The big problem is that excess Sodium Ions that shoudnt be there. Not really toxic though.these criminals could cure thyroid disease they wont even investigate it the root cause of the antibodies that cause it. they only concentrate on treatments they want you to stay sick for ever because thats just business.
During the procedure you can damage the recurrent laryngeal nerve which runs closely to the trachea; damage to this can cause hoarseness and difficulty swallowing. You can also lose your parathyroid glands which are on either side of the thyroid gland causing hypocalcaemia. Alternatives to a thyroidectomy are anti-thyroid drugs or radio-iodine. Hope this helps.
